As an entrepreneur, he co-acquired a technology company active in the payment technology.
His 24yr old son with autism inspired him to find innovative solutions to create new job opportunities for people with autism.
This resulted in founding Autimatic in order to help people and society.

Christine has a PhD in Chemistry but her career in a multinational company quickly went in the direction of project management, process improvements and quality assurance. Her skills, together with hands on experience as mother of a son with autism, will be beneficial in setting up our project, processes and QA.

Thijs is a business and organizational psychologist. He previously worked for Randstad and Sdworx and has a lot of experience in social legislation, project work and optimization.
Within Autimatic he is responsible for all things related to personnel policy and internal administration.

Anja has been working in the social sector for 30 years and has work experience with various vulnerable groups in our society.
She graduated as a social worker and followed a postgraduate course in autism coaching at Artevelde University College Ghent 3 years ago.
Anja combines a position at the Foster Care Service with an independent autism coaching practice in the Wetteren region.

Greetje Vercouteren is a solution-oriented cognitive systems therapist.
She has an independent practice in Affligem where all kinds of help questions are discussed.
She does a large part of her conversations with people with autism and their environment. Greetje likes to attend national and international conferences where the latest research into autism is discussed.
She believes it is important to focus on the strengths of people.

Natalie specialiseerde zich de voorbije 15 jaar op verschillende manieren in de begeleiding van personen met autisme. Naast erkend klinisch orthopedagoge schoolde zij zich de laatste jaren ook bij tot gedragstherapeutisch counselor. Natalie werkt als zelfstandig orthopedagoge in ’t Cauter te Puurs-Sint-Amands en in haar eigen praktijk in Steenhuffel waar ze zich richt op de psycho-sociale begeleiding van jongeren en (jong)volwassenen met autisme en/of adhd. Zij hecht er in haar begeleidingen veel belang aan om te vertrekken vanuit de noden en mogelijkheden van de personen met ASS, gelijkwaardigheid, op maat, samen en in een wederzijds vertrouwen.

Nike, an expert in brand design with more than 20 years of international experience in B2B and B2C and founder of Perspective, uses her strategic skills to support Autimatic in strengthening our social impact. From her passion for meaningful connection and growth, she helps to successfully set up inclusive collaborations.
With a background as a nurse and a master's degree in biomedical sciences, Mike has found his path in healthcare and the MedTech industry. Over the course of 20 years, he has built expertise and continuously grown in his profession. Collaborating on inclusive workplaces that leverage the unique qualities of neurodiverse talents is his mission at Autimatic.
With over 15 years of experience in sales and marketing within the pharmaceutical and retail sectors, Stefanie is dedicated to fostering inclusion and diversity as Sales and Marketing Officer at Autimatic. As a neurodivergent individual and proud advocate, she combines her professional expertise with personal insights to help companies embrace talent on the autism spectrum.

Initially, Elke has a legal background and has more than 20 years of experience in working with vulnerable people in society. As a mediator and administrator, she mainly focuses on working with neurodivergence. She has a private practice autism coaching in Ghent and provides training on neurodivergence to lawyers, mediators,magistrates,... She followed the postgraduate autism at the Artevelde Hogeschool Gent followed by numerous subsequent sub-courses. She believes it is important to work from the solution-focused, the positive.
Dagmar has been working in education for almost 10 years, of which 8 years with young adults with autism. She completed many training courses on autism in recent years and she keeps continuing her education. She believes it is important to focus on the talents of people with autism, without losing sight of the challenges they face.
Stéphanie has several years of experience in recruitment. Both in her personal and professional life, she developed a strong interest in ASD. This passion led her to pursue a postgraduate degree in the Autism Spectrum at the Karel de Grote Hogeschool. As an auti-coach, Stéphanie is committed to promoting understanding and visibility around autism. She believes these elements are essential for building an inclusive society.
